The day in the city brought light to one of the most celebrated events across U.T. Vijay Mahotsav, home and car loan mela organized by Vijaya Bank. The Mahotsav saw some of the greatest players in the market, such as, Exotic Grandeur, which is a lavish, contemporary and ultra-luxurious residential project that offers 4BHK apartments and penthouses to promote resort-style living. It is also the first private sector residential project in the state of Punjab to get registered under GRIHA and get a "GREEN BUILDING" certification (GRIHA is a rating tool for Integrated Habitat Assessment that is endorsed by the Ministry of New &Renewable Energy and TERI).
