Bank of Baroda celebrates its 108th Foundation Day

Chandigarh 21st July:-   Bank of Baroda, celebrated its 108th Foundation Day today. K. K. Batra, DGM & Regional Head, Chandigarh Region and his team started the day with WALKATHON from Matka Chowk - Rose Garden leading towards Sector 17 B Bank Square. Staff members held placards with slogans of bank's legacy, ethos, bank products and their concern for society, and public interest. They also voiced slogans 'Think Clean and Go Green', Go digital –Baroda M Passbook etc. Retired Staff members of BOB and few valued constituents also joined Walkathon on this occasion. After reaching the Bank Square, the gathering was addressed by Shri H. S. Kler, Retired General Manager, who emphasized on the values, traditions and achievements of the 107 years old Bank (India's International Bank).

K. K. Batra, DGM & Regional Head congratulated every BOB banker on this special day and reiterated the significance of Foundation Day. He emphasized that bank has made great contribution to the life of all the employees and we need to pay it back with our dedicated service to this great institution and  to place it at new business heights. Later on various activities were organized which included distribution of gifts to orphanage and old age home.
