There will be a new feather in the cap for Chandigarh Police with the launch of I CLICK- on 6^th Feb. 2015 at Sector-22, Market, Chandigarh. This step will prove a very important in the making city beautiful a safe city.

 

This the FIRST TIME IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY, I CLICK, is being launched where any person of any strata of society can walk into the ATM, and lodge a complaint on any issue without visiting any Police Station or Police Office. The I CLICK Kiosk is located at Sector-22, Market, Chandigarh. I CLICK is an user-friendly, Touch – Screen bases complaint logging system, which is directly connected to the Control Room of Chandigarh Police. The moment the complaint is lodged, the person gets an Acknowledgement Slip and also an SMS Alert, if she/he provides the mobile number. This people-Centric, Citizen-Friendly I CLICK will be usher in new Era of Police- Community Relations and make people more responsive towards the police.

 

With the launch of this facility Chandigarh Police will be more Accountable and responsive to the citizens. I CLICK is an extremely citizen friendly Kiosk. This will enable any person to walk into the HDFC ATM, Sector-22, Chandigarh, anytime of the day or night, 24X7 to lodge any kind of complaints without fear or intimidation.
