Chandigarh 20th December:- A seven days N.S.S. Camp organized by N.S.S. Unit of NINE, PGI, Chandigarh at village Sarangpur, UT, Chandigarh from 13 December to 19 December concluded with enthusiasm and zeal. During the camp the volunteers participated in the various activities like Meditation, Laughter Therapy, Self Defense Training, Health Awareness Campaign under the supervision of programme officers Mrs. Meenakshi Agnihotri and Dr (Mrs) Sukhjit Kaur along with Ms Shabana Parveen. On 19/12/2014, valedictory function was organized at Rural Health Centre, Village Sarangpur, UT, Chandigarh in the presnce of Bikram Rana, State Laision Officer NSS, Faculty and staff of NINE and Ex-Sarpanch Sardar Sandhu Singh and Mrs Bhupinder Kaur and other villagers. A cultural programme was organized by the Volunteers and students of Govt. High School, Village Sarangpur, UT, Chandigarh. Bikram Rana congratulated the volunteers to participate in such activities for organizing the camp.
