Chandigarh 22^nd December:- After eleven glorious years of adventure and drama, MTV, the ultimate word on the youth, is back again with an all new adrenalin fuelled season cult youth reality show MTV Roadies. In its twelfth season, MTV Hero Roadies X2 powered by vivo mobile, is all set to shake things up as it brings on board a whole new legion of gang leaders to join the original roadie Rannvijay Singh. The new gang leaders are the Olympic medallist and boxer Vijender Singh, the charming television heart throb Karan Kundra and the ruthless Dhoom girl Esha Deol. All these four gang leaders were present in Chandigarh city to audition aspiring contestants for this season which saw an outpouring of people lining up to become the next roadie!

People of Chandigarh were in for an action packed weekend as the MTV Roadies team rode into the city to hunt for those lucky few who will get the opportunity to try their luck at unleashing the hero within themselves by becoming a roadie. The ultimate dream of many – the thrill of the ride, the open road, tasks that build character and a path for a bright future – becoming a roadie means something different to each and every one aspiring to it. However, what stays the same is the passion and the perseverance to achieve that ultimate dream. Speaking about the twelfth season of the longest running reality show on Indian television,  Rannvijay Singh said that every year, MTV Roadies pays a visit to the awesome city of Chandigarh which is brimming with youthful energy. This year, the MTV Roadies X2 vibe is crazier than ever as we set out in our hunt for the ultimate Roadie! However, what I'm looking for this year is people who are disciplined enough to go through all that it takes to become a roadie. And Chandigarh didn't disappoint me at all.

Whereas Vijender Singh said that becoming a roadie is all about determination. If you really want it, you'll work for it and make it happen. All it takes is passion and a lot of heart. And that is exactly what I am looking for in all the contestants in Chandigarh. I'm glad to have seen a fearless few here who want to be on MTV Roadies X2 for the thrill that it offers.

Karan Kundra said that to become a roadie, one needs to be smart. Everyone is going to play to their strengths.
