Chandigarh 01st May:-- Masterchef Pankaj Bhadouriya's cookbook 'Chicken from my Kitchen' has been launched today at the Barbeque Nation Chandigarh. The Book signing ceremony was also held amidst fans at Barbeque Nation. The first of its kind book, the Chef has created a mélange of chicken recipes in Indian culinary chapters. The book describes in detail preparation of 54 dishes, with chicken being the main ingredient.For food lovers wanting to savor the delicacies created by Masterchef Pankaj Bhadouriya,can do so at the ongoing 'Masterchef Magic' celebration at Barbeque Nation Chandigarh and Mohali outlets till May 4th.
Speaking on the book signing ceremony and the launch of her 3rd book, Masterchef Pankaj Bhadouriya said, that this is the first book I am launching in this series. I feel proud to be associated with a brand like Barbeque Nation, and wish to thank them for the warmth extended to me during my presence. It has definitely brought me closer to my readers & fans in Chandigarh and Punjab. She added that the book describes in detail preparation of 54 dishes, with chicken being the main ingredient.
