Chandigarh 08th March:-- The students and teachers of National Institute of Nursing Education, PGI, was celebrated Women’s Day by holding a declamation contest. The topics were given on the spot to the students. They spoke on violence against women in the workplace, violence in the home, 21st century women, women in the parliament, women’s bill of rights, woman a home maker, working woman: independent or dependent on others and woman’s safety. The students participated with great enthusiasm.
Dr. Sandhya Ghai, Principal, NINE, presented her views on women empowerment and enlightened the group with her vision for growth & upliftment of women in the modern society to build the strong and healthy Nation
