As always, Festival guests will be able to sample authentic Turkish-Greek food, enjoy live music along with an abundance of Turkish - Hellenic joy, passion, and enthusiasm. The intriguing part about this festival is that though the cuisines of these two are very different yet there is huge closeness in preparation methods. There are few dishes that are very similar intaste, texture, and usage of ingredients but are pronounced bit differently for example Dolma in Turkish is pronounced as Dolmades in Greece. According to Gaurav, the Managing Director of Ten Towns Restaurant, 1Cacik Soup, Greek Salad, Lentil Kebabs, Souvlaki, Moussaka, Adana, Imam Bayildi (Veg & Non-Veg), Spicy fish with grilled vegetables, Tendir Kebabi, Dawud pasha, Falafels, and Lam Chuan Pizza are some internationally known dishes from these two countries and are definitely not to be missed out on anybody's food-tasted-list at all. These all dishes are freshly prepared in the brick oven that produces heat up to 400 degrees helps in retaining original juices of the dishes intact. These dishes usually take around fifteen to twenty minutes to reach your table, once you ordered. The best way to have a
