Chandigarh, 08 July:-- Haryana Government has launched a website www.jansahayak.gov.in and has registered a citizen friendly web portal as a unique brand namely "JANSAHAYAK" to facilitate time bound delivery of 36 citizen services as identified by the Administrative Reforms Department.
While giving this information here today, an official spokesman said that the website has been launched with an objective of readiness for enactment of Right to Service Act and cover all citizen centric services under prompt service delivery in a phased manner. However, initially only 36 identified services are being covered.
He said that its also aimed at simplifying forms and procedures for hassle free delivery of services in a transparent and time bound manner and to gradually switch over delivery of services from manual to electronic mode.
He said that the Administrative Reforms Department has been declared as owner or State Nodal Department for the 'JANSAHAYAK' web portal.It would not only deliver citizen services but would also be an authority to receive complaints for non delivery of services
