Aanjjan Srivastav, who essayed the role of Srinivas said Wagle of Wagle ki Duniya in 1988 and 90 conceived by R K Laxman, and who portrays the same in the Sony Sab Wagle ki Duniya NPNK, said that he has been working in the entertainment industry for almost 50 years, and his journey so far has been splendid. Every show or movie he has done holds a very special place in his heart. He has already spoken enough on how much what Wagle Ki Duniya means to him and coming back on the sets after this brief hiatus is extremely exciting and a satisfying experience for him.

Through the show and its storyline, we have always aimed to depict the journey of a common man, which is one reason why the show has touched the hearts of our audience. He is thrilled to be back on the sets and work closely with the entire cast and crew in our endeavour to continue bringing these heartfelt stories.

Valedictory Function Upon the Completion of One Year Induction Training Programme by the Judicial Officers

Chandigarh July 01, 2021:- 19 officers from the State of Haryana and 23 officers from the State of Punjab successfully completed their One Year Induction Training Programme from Chandigarh Judicial Academy, which commenced w.e.f. 10.08.2020.  The Valedictory Ceremony was conducted through virtual mode and was presided over by Hon'ble Justice Ravi Shanker Jha, Chief Justice, Punjab and Haryana High Court –cum-Patron-in-Chief of the Chandigarh Judicial Academy in the august presence of Hon'ble Justice G.S. Sandhawalia, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court and President, Board of Directors, Chandigarh Judicial Academy.  The dignitaries were welcomed by Dr. Balram K. Gupta, Director (Academics), Chandigarh Judicial Academy.

Hon'ble the Chief Justice while congratulating the new judicial officers sensitized them regarding the tough life ahead of them and exhorted them to lead a life of sacrifice, austerity and reclusion. Hon'ble the Chief Justice called upon them to appear, behave, think, live and talk like good judges apart from being good decision makers. Hon'ble the Chief Justice cautioned them to be selective in their indulgence, association and enjoyment, as people would be looking upto them. Hon'ble the Chief Justice asked them not to overreach their authority and constantly learn from the knowledge, experience and capacity of their senior officers. Hon'ble the Chief Justice called upon them to come up to the expectations of the Nation, the State, the High Court and the Institution by becoming excellent judges. The Hon'ble Chief Justice blessed them with wonderful lives and careers.

Hon'ble Justice G.S. Sandhawalia, while congratulating the officers, their parents, relatives and well-wishers on successful completion of the training, reminded them that it was the beginning and they would learn every day. His Lordship called upon them to lead a disciplined life, cultivate good reading habits and pick up good practices of their colleagues. His Lordship said that the judicial officers were the first responders to injustice in the hierarchy of court system and their interface with the litigants and other stakeholders would instil faith in the public regarding capacity of the institution to discharge its functions. He also reminded them that the power vested by law in their office was for public good. His Lordship advised them to maintain balance in their personal and professional life, to update themselves regularly and derive happiness from their work.

The virtual ceremony was attended by Hon'ble Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, being the members of the Board of Governors and senior judicial officers from the States of Punjab and Haryana. रसोई गैस सिलेंडर 835 रुपये का, सरकार 'हजारी' बनाने की फिराक में: सैलजा

Chandigarh July 01, 2021:- रसोई गैस के मूल्य में रिकार्ड वृद्धि पर कांग्रेस ने तीखी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की है। प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुमारी सैलजा ने कड़े प्रहार करते हुए पूछा है कि उपलब्धियों का ढिंढोरा लगातार पीटने वाली सरकार केवल यह बता दे कि महंगाई बढ़ाने के अलावा और क्या काम किया है ?

 यहां जारी बयान में उन्होंने कहा कि हर दिन तेल के दाम बढ़ाने के बाद अब आम आदमी की रसोई पर  हमला किया गया है। रसोई गैस के मूल्य साढ़े 25 रुपये बढ़ा दिए गए। सिलेंडर 835 रुपये का हो गया,  सरकार  इसे बहुत तेजी से  'हजारी'  बनाने पर आमादा है।

       कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि सरकार सब्सिडी पहले ही खत्म कर चुकी लेकिन उपभोक्ता के साथ  शर्मनाक मजाक जारी है। उपभोक्ता  जब गैस सिलेंडर का भुगतान करता है, उसके मोबाइल पर संदेश आता है---'सब्सिडी के एक रुपया, 21 पैसे आप के खाते में डाल दिए गए हैं।' इससे दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण और क्या हो सकता है।

       उन्होंने कहा कि गरीब की कमर तोड़ने पर केंद्र व राज्य सरकार आमादा क्यों है? जनता को भी अब महसूस होने लगा है कि भाजपा को वोट देने का ही खामियाजा उसे भुगतना पड़ रहा है।

       उन्होंने कहा, आखिर कोई तो सीमा होगी सरकार की निरंकुशता की। बिना किसी कारण हर दिन पेट्रोल व डीजल का मूल्य बढ़ाया जा रहा है। सरकार को शर्म क्यों नहीं आ रही।  पिछले एक माह में 20 बार डीजल- पेट्रोल के भाव बढ़ाए गए। साल का हिसाब लगाया जाए तो यह वृद्धि पौने दो सौ बार से अधिक बैठती है।

       कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि  झूठ बोलने का विश्व रिकॉर्ड बना चुकी सरकार क्या अब सबसे अधिक बार तेल मूल्य वृद्धि का गिनीज बुक रिकार्ड बनाना चाहती है? इसका कोई तार्किक जवाब है सरकार के पास? इतिहास गवाह है कि इतनी मूल्य वृद्धि आज तक कभी नहीं हुई। पिछले छह माह में पेट्रोल व डीजल में  15-15 रुपये की वृद्धि हो चुकी। 95 रुपये लीटर डीजल,106 रुपये पेट्रोल। क्या सरकार चाहती है कि वाहन चालक अपनी गाड़ियों को किसी बाड़े में बंद कर दें।

Chandigarh July 01, 2021:- इस महामारी को हम पर आए एक साल से अधिक समय हो गया है। हम में से कई लोग नॉर्मल जीवन कैसी होती है यह भी भूल से गए है। इस सब के बीच, हमारे स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता और डॉक्टर बिना किसी शिकायत के, बिना किसी रुकावट के अपने काम पर लगे हैं। बिना किसी झिझक के देश की सेवा करते है। हम उनके बहुत आभारी हैं। एक तरह से हमारे डॉक्टर, नर्स और अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मी इस जंग को लड़ रहे हैं।

हमारे डॉक्टरों द्वारा किए गए सभी प्रयासों के लिए धन्यवाद कहते हुए दंगल टीवी के शो रंजू की बेटियां के नवीन पंडिता ने सभी से इस दौरान अपने प्रियजनों के साथ समय बिताने, स्वस्थ भोजन खाने, घर पर कसरत करने, अनावश्यक यात्रा से बचने और फिट रहने का आग्रह किया। इस राष्ट्रीय डॉक्टर दिवस पर वह उन सभी डॉक्टरों को सलाम करते हैं जो अथक परिश्रम कर रहे हैं ताकि हम इस महामारी को दूर कर सकें।

नवीन कहते हैं कि हमारे डॉक्टर दिन-रात लाखों लोगों की सेवा कर रहे हैं ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि वे कोविड वायरस से मुक्त हैं।  इस डॉक्टर डे पर, हमें अपने डॉक्टरों द्वारा की गई कड़ी मेहनत के लिए आभारी होना चाहिए। वे लगातार जोखिम में हैं और फिर भी बिना किसी शिकायत के काम करना जारी रखते हैं।  वे भले ही केप न पहनें लेकिन हमारे सुपर हीरो हैं जो हमें इससे बाहर ला रहे है। मैं वहां के सभी डॉक्टरों की उनके हर काम के लिए तहे दिल से सराहना करता हूं और उनके सभी बलिदानों के लिए तहे दिल से आभारी हूं।  मैं उनके परिवारों के लिए एक बड़ा धन्यवाद कहना चाहूंगा क्योंकि उन्होंने भी एक बड़ा बलिदान दिया है।  फ्रंटलाइन वर्कर बनना कोई आसान काम नहीं है और ऐसा हमने पिछले एक साल में देखा है।  हमारा राष्ट्र वर्तमान में उन पर निर्भर है।  व्यक्तिगत तौर पर, मैं अपने अच्छे दोस्त डॉ. कणव गुप्ता और मेरी आंटी रीता धर, जो एक नर्स हैं, को अपने बलिदान और कड़ी मेहनत के लिए धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं।

डड्डूमाजरा में गार्बेज प्लांट अग्निकांड बारे पूर्व उपमहापौर अग्रवाल ने नगर निगम आयुक्त से की पूछताछ

Chandigarh July 01, 2021:- सरकार ने एन. बी. सी. 2016 अनुसार आग से बचाव के प्रबंध हेतु दिशा निर्देश दिए हैं लेकिन नगर निगम अधिकारी खुलेआम इनकी धज्जियां उड़ा रहे हैं । पूर्व उपमहापौर व वार्ड नं 26 पार्षद विनोद अग्रवाल ने कहा कि 31.03.21 को ड्डू माजरा में अग्निकांड के बाद 90 दिन गुजर गए लेकिन सही कार्यवाही तो दूर अभी तक सच्चाई जानने के लिए जाँच भी शुरू नहीं हुई। चण्डीगढ़ नगर निगम के अधिकारियों की लापरवाही से पर्दा उठाने के लिए विनोद अग्रवाल ने 17.06.21 को एक पत्र लिखकर चण्डीगढ़ नगर निगम आयुक्त से प्रश्न पूछे कि उपरोक्त प्लांट में आग से बचने के लिए एन. बी. सी. 2016 अनुसार आग से बचाव के लिए प्रबन्ध किए गए थे या नहीं ? अगर हाँ तो रिकॉर्ड कहाँ है? इस बारे नगर निगम से फायर सेफ्टी प्रमाण पत्र लिए गए हैं तो उसका रिकॉर्ड कहाँ है? स्टेशन फायर ऑफिसर ने प्लांट अधिकारियों को एन. बी. सी. 2016 अनुसार कोई नोटिस भेजा  है या नहीं? अगर हाँ तो पालन क्यों नहीं किया? पालन नहीं किया तो कार्यवाही? अग्रवाल ने कहा कि उपरोक्त सवालों के उत्तर नगर निगम के आयुक्त कमल किशोर यादव आज तक नहीं दे पाए। नगर निगम के आयुक्त बहाने बना कर इन सवालों के उत्तर देने से बचने के लिए कोशिश कर रहे हैं ।

उल्लेखनीय है कि चण्डीगढ़, पंचकूला मोहाली सहित देश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में भयंकर अग्निकांड हो चुके हैं। इन दुर्घटनाओं में करोड़ों रुपए की हानि के साथ साथ अनेक लोगों को जान भी गवानी पड़ी। नगर निगम आयुक्त कमल किशोर यादव को पत्र लिखा लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। पूर्व उपमहापौर व वार्ड नं 26 पार्षद विनोद अग्रवाल ने कहा कि सरकार ने एन. बी.सी. 2016  अनुसार आग से बचने के लिए प्रबंध करने के लिए निर्देश जारी किए हैं लेकिन वर्षों बाद भी इन निर्देशों का पालन शुरू नहीं हुआ। अगर आग से बचने के लिए कानून व नियम के अनुसार प्रबंध नहीं किए गए थे तो चण्डीगढ़ नगर निगम के अधिकारी लापरवाही करने के दोषी हो सकते हैं।

असंख्य शिवभक्तिो व भंडारा समीतियों ने श्री अमरनाथ यात्रा रद्द करने पर किया शांतिपूर्वक प्रदर्शन

Chandigarh July, 01, 2021:- वार्षिक पावन यात्रा - श्री अमरनाथ यात्रा को सरकार द्वारा इस साल रद्द किये जाने के विरोध में गुरुवार को मटका चैक में चंडीगढ़ व ट्राईसिटी के समस्त शिवभक्तों ने श्री अमरनाथ बर्फानी लंगर आर्गेनाईजैशन (सबलो) के बैनर तले शांतिपूर्वक प्रदर्शन किया। सरकार से इस फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करने के लिये देश भर में इसी कड़ी में प्रदर्शन आयोजित किये जा रहे हैं। रजिन्द्र सिंह सामंत की अगुवाई में शिव पार्वती सेवा दल, विजय मेहरा के नेतृत्व में श्री हरिहर सेवा समीति तथा श्री गौरी शंकर सेवा दल टाईसिटी जैसी भंडारा समीतियों के सदस्यों और शिवभक्तों ने इस प्रदर्शन में भाग लिया।

सबलो के महासचिव राजन गुप्ता ने सरकार श्रृद्धालुओं की श्रृद्धा और हितो को ध्यान में रखते इस फैसले पर एक बार फिर गंभीरता से गौर कर इस यात्रा की अवधि और यात्राओं की संख्या पर अंकुश लगा सदियो पुरानी परम्परा को जारी रख सकती है।

सबलो, श्री अमरनाथ श्राईन बोर्ड और भंडारा संमीतियों के बीच समन्वय कायम कर इस वार्षिक यात्रा के दौरान श्रृद्धालुओं में निशुल्क भोजन (लंगर) सहित रात्रि ठहराव, मैडिकल सेवाओं के साथ साथ अन्य सुविधाओं के लिये प्रयासरत रहती है।
सबलो ने सुझाया है कि यात्रा को तीन से चार सप्ताह की अवधि के लिये आयोजित की जा सकती है जिसमें श्रृद्धालुओं को संख्या दोनो रुट्स पर कम की जा सकती हैं। दोनो डोज प्राप्त कर चुके ही श्रृद्धालु ही यात्रा के योग्य हो सकते हैं जबकि यात्रा की शुरुआत से आरटी पीसीआर टेस्ट को अनिवार्य बनाया जाये। यात्रा के लिये एसओपी तय किये जाये जिसका कढ़ाई से पालन हो सके। कोविड की स्थिति के मद्देनजर यात्रा के अंतिम फैसले को स्थागित किया जाये और दिनो दिन हालत का जायजा लेकर ही यात्रा के आयोजन पर निर्णय हो।

पीजीआई के निदेशक, प्रो जगत राम ने इस अवसर पर बोलते हुए कहा, इस समय जब कोविड के मामले सबसे कम है, हम सभी को कोविड प्रोटोकॉल का सख्ती से पालन करने की आवश्यकता है। हमें यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि हम टीकाकारण करवाये, जो वायरस को हराने का एकमात्र तरीका है।

सुरिंदर वर्मा ने कहा कि डॉक्टर्स डे पर, सिटीजन अवेयरनेस ग्रुप  मृतक के रिश्तेदारों द्वारा स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों के खिलाफ हिंसा की निंदा करता है। इस तरह की कार्रवाई में शामिल लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। ग्रुप महामारी के समय में डॉक्टरों के योगदान की सराहना करता है क्योंकि वे पिछले डेढ़ साल से अधिक समय से निस्वार्थ भाव से काम कर रहे हैं।

इस मौके पर, सुरेंदर वर्मा ने आज यहां अपनी दूसरी खुराक का टीकाकारण भी करवाया तथा शहरवासियों से टीका लगवाने की अपील की। इस दौरान उन्होंने टीकों के दुष्प्रभावों के बारे में फैलाई जा रही गलत अफवाहों पर विश्वास न करने का आग्रह भी किया।

चंडीगढ़ के सैक्टर 45 बुड़ैल गांव की फिरनी रोड पर लम्बे समयं से जाम पड़ी रोड गलियों की समस्या से यहां की मार्कीट और आसपास के लोग परेशान है। गांव बुड़ैल की फिरनी रोड की मार्कीट के दुकानदारों का कहना है कि यहां रोड गलियों की खस्ता हालत और ठप्प पड़ी सीवरेज प्रणाली की कारण होने वाले जलभराव के कारण उनको बरसात के दिनों में खासी मुश्कलों का सामना करना पड़ता है। गांव बुड़ैल की न्यू एकता मार्कीट शॉपकीपर्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष भारत भूषण कपिला और अन्य दुकानदारों ने बताया कि इलाके की ठप्प और जाम पड़ी सीवरेज प्रणाली को लेकर नगर निगम के तमाम संबंधित अधिकारीयों के पास शिकायत दर्ज करवाई जा चुकी है, पर आज तक सिर्फ लीलपोती करने की इलावा उनकी इस गंभीर समस्या का कोई हल नहीं निकला। मार्कीट के दुकानदारों ने बताया कि बरसात होने पर गांव की यह फिरनी रोड नहर का रूप धारण कर लेती है और इलाके की रोड गलियां बंद होने की कारण बरसात के पानी कि निकासी न होने की कारण यहां जलभराव हो जाता है और बरसाती पानी कईं कईं दिन खड़ा रहता है जिससे पानी में से बदबू आने लगती है। उन्होंने बताया कि बरसाती पानी के खड़े रहने से जहां मक्खी मच्छर पैदा होने के साथ यहां बीमारियां फैलने का डर बना रहता है, वहीं मार्कीट में बरसाती पानी के कारण उनकी दुकानदारी भी प्रभावित होती है। न्यू एकता मार्कीट शॉपकीपर्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष भारत भूषण कपिला ने बताया कि बुड़ैल गांव में लगभग 30 वर्ष पूर्व सीवरेज लाइनें डाली गई थी, अब गांव की आबादी ज़्यादा होने कारण यहां कि सीवरेज प्रणाली साथ नहीं दे रही और ठप्प हो चुकी है। भारत भूषण कपिला ने कहा कि नगर निगम की संबंधित विभाग को इस बारे कईं बार लिख कर दे चुके है, पर उनकी इस समस्या का आज तक कोई हल नहीं निकला। उन्होंने बीते दिन चंडीगढ़ प्रशासक  के नवनियुक्त सलाहकार धर्म पाल की ओर से विभिन विभागों की अधिकारीयों के साथ की गई मीटिंग के दौरान नगर निगम को इस मानसून को लेकर शहर की तमाम रोड गलियों को दरुस्त करने की आदेश देने की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि उनकी मार्कीट के दुकानदारों को उम्मीद है नगर निगम गांव बुड़ैल की फिरनी रोड की रोड गलियों की भी सुध लेगा और यहां की दुकानदारों व मार्कीट में आने वाले लोगो को बरसात की दौरान यहां होने वाले जलभराव की समस्या से छुटकरा दिलवाएगा। न्यू एकता मार्केट शॉपकीपर्स एसोसिएशन, बुडैल सेक्टर 45 के अध्यक्ष भारत भूषण कपिला ने प्रशासक के सलाहकार धर्म पाल से मॉनसून के पुरजोर आने से पहले नगर निगम के अधिकारियों को इलाके की रोड गलियों की सफाई तथा बाद में सीवरेज पाइपलाइन को भी बदलने की अपील की है, तांकि उन्हें इस पुरानी समस्या से निजात मिल सके।
