Mohali, August 19, 2025:-Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology (GJIMT), Phase 2, organized a Networking Luncheon to bring together senior professionals from diverse industries and to bridge the gap between classroom learning and corporate expectations. The event witnessed the participation of over 50 senior professionals from sectors including Information Technology, Hospitality, Fintech, CA Firms, Media, Education, and Banking. They shared insights on emerging industry needs and the evolving role of academic institutions.
Welcoming the guests J.S Bedi, Chairman, GJIMT said that at Gian Jyoti, we believe that true practical learning begins where the classroom ends. This dialogue with industry leaders is not just a networking opportunity but also a shared responsibility to prepare the workforce of tomorrow. Adding to this Dr. Aneet Bedi, Director, GJIMT, emphasized that such events are highly important for students as they provide real exposure to industry challenges and requirements. This collaboration is a significant step towards ensuring a brighter future for our students. On this occasion, MoUs were signed with JAL Mineral Company and Solitaire Infosystems, focusing on enhancing student training, internships, and joint knowledge initiatives. The event was smoothly coordinated by MBA and MCA student interns, who actively contributed to the execution of the day's proceedings.
