Mohali, August 02, 2025:-Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT), Phase 2, successfully conducted an insightful session on "Indian Knowledge Systems: The Bhagavad Gita's Leadership Principles for Corporate Success." The event was organized by the institute's Skill Development Cell and HR Club. The session was delivered by Dr. Neeraj Sharma, who emphasized how the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita can be effectively applied to modern corporate leadership and decision-making. Through real-life examples and profound references from the scripture, Dr. Sharma illustrated how values such as duty, clarity, resilience, and ethical conduct can shape impactful and responsible leaders in today's professional world. Students of BCA participated with great enthusiasm, gaining valuable insights into integrating ancient Indian philosophies with contemporary management practices.
