The Holy Wonder Smart School Celebrated Grand Parents Day

Mohali, Sept.12, 2023:-The Holy wonder smart School celebrated Grand Parents Day at its campus show their love and affection to their Grand Parents, where students and their maternal and paternal parents made their presence felt by mixing up with students. The main Motive of this program was to show warmth to their grandparents. Tiny tots came dressed up as grandparents, father, mother, uncles, aunts and siblings. They enacted their roles in nuclear as well as joint families and also learnt about the benefits of staying together, sharing and caring. They could also realize the importance of each member of the family. The students had their lunch together as a family. Later , they also made family tree.

To balance the tones set by the events thus far, many Games were organised for grandparents. The winner Grandparents from the Game were greeted with gifts by the  school Directors Parveen Sabharwal,  Ashiwin Arora, Aryan Sabharwal and Anmol Sabharwal. Appropriate music and enthusiastic grandparent-grandchild combinations made these events runaway hits with all those present.

Director Ashwin Arora at the moment said  that grandparents are a family's greatest treasure, the founders of a loving legacy, the greatest storytellers, the keepers of traditions. Grandparents are the family's strong foundation. Through their special love and care, grandparents keep a family close at heart. Principal of the school   Premjit Kaur   laid stress on the importance of restoring family values among students. The purpose of a family is to give you a safe and supportive base from which to explore the world . Students also  debated on the importance of joint family and nuclear family and social sites—making or marring relationships.
