Chandigarh Dec.14, 2021:-Congress candidate from ward no 2 Harmohinder singh lucky today carried out door to door campaign in Sector 8 and appealed to residents to vote for change. He promised reduction in water tarrif rates and other taxes levied by mc . He said cleanliness has taken a back seat in the most posh ward of the city. He said Bjp failed on all fronts and chandigarh has lost its sheen. He said that once elected to power Congress will work to make the city number one.
