Chandigarh July 06, 2021:- A tree plantation program was organized under the leadership of Councilor Shakti Prakash Devshali in BJP Mandal 10 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee. On this occasion, Mandal President Satbir Singh Thakur, Vikas Gugnani, Vijay Rana, Mukesh Chanalia, Praduman Lal Chaufla, Sarabjit Singh, Gaurav Thakur among others were present.
Councilor Shakti Prakash Devshali said that Dr. Mukherjee had sacrificed his life for the integration of independent India. He had said that Do Nishan, Do Vidhan, Do Pradhan' cannot run in one country. His idea was assimilated by the Bharatiya Janata Party and the result is that today after the abrogation of Article 370, Jammu and Kashmir has completely merged with India.
Mandal President Satbir Singh Thakur said that on the occasion of his birth anniversary, Mandal workers remembered him by planting saplings in his memory.
