Faridabad Oct.05, 2020:- Omaxe World Street, Faridabad, a popular destination for shopping, tourism, Movies and Music Albums Shoots flagged off a prominent cleanliness drive. Managed by Omaxe Group, the campaign 'Let's keep our city clean' involved store owners, and hundreds of residents from the vicinity of World Street. Many important members from the Group itself participated in the event, and ensured distancing guidelines prevailed with needed protection by masks, gloves etc.
The campaign commencement witnessed the presence of Faridabad esteemed MLA, Narendra Gupta along with Suren Goyal, President, Omaxe Limited and Pramod Gupta managing the sales and marketing for Omaxe Group.
The cleanliness drive has become a ritual in Omaxe Group, for every year in the month of October the group initiates this noble effort. The campaign covered the area from BPTP Chowk to Omaxe World Street. The Swachta volunteers were welcomed with an enthusiastic Flash Mob performance which was followed by a Street Play highlighting the social issue of lack of clean surroundings and every citizen's role and responsibility in order to bring about a change. Cleanliness is a state of mind and when one achieves that, he/she will not leave a stone unturned for keeping not just their homes, but their society and city clean too. The evening was filled with nationalistic aura by Live band performance on patriotic songs.
Volunteers present there were really joyous and excited to see the overwhelming support from the denizens who attended the campaign and participated in it. Keeping our environment clean is our solemn responsibility, and it was a great feeling for them to see the sincerity in people present there. Cleanliness drives like these are a clarion call for making our environment better for the coming generations, and making them aware about the rational practices they can continue to implement for their better future.
