Chandigarh 09th August:- Oriflame, a leading direct selling Swedish beauty brand is looking forward to the Consumer Affairs Ministry's proposal to regulate the Rs8000Crore direct selling sector which will protect the interest of consumers and direct sellers on direct selling platforms.

The company already has two world class manufacturing facility for domestic consumption & export purposes and going forward we will be investing in areas like packaging, labelling, equipment, bringing in new technologies including but not limited to Digitalization'.

Speaking about these initiatives, Juan Carlos Posada- Sr. Director, Regional Marketing, South Asia- Oriflame said that we are committed to the cause of women empowerment and its business model has helped millions of Indian homemakers to fulfill their dreams independently. Interestingly, more than 90% of our business in India is contributed by women which clearly reflects the efforts we have made to empower them.
