Chandigarh 21st July:- Chahat Singh, a 2012 passout of MCM DAV College for Women has brought laurels to the college by getting selected in the prestigious Indian Economic Services. Making it through the exam in her first attempt and being the only candidate out of 15 selected for IES in the region, makes her achievement all the more special.
Drawing inspiration from her father Sarban Singh a retired IAS officer, Chahat credited her success to the exposure at MCM that widened her horizons.
Congratulating Chahat on her accomplishment, MCM Principal Dr. Nisha Bhargava motivated the students to take inspiration and follow in the footsteps of such achievers.
