Chandigarh 09th May:- Anurag Agarwal Home Secretary, Chandigarh and Venkatesh S. Bharadwaj, General Manager, State Bank of India, Chandigarh Circle inaugurated SBI INTOUCH Branch at Elante Mall, Chandigarh. The INTOUCH branch is a step towards digitization of banking industry. The customers can easily open their accounts, get their debit cards and many other services by just operating the respective machines installed in the branch, by themselves.
On the occasion, Venkatesh S. Bharadwaj iterated that being the largest Bank of the nation, State Bank of India is taking giant leaps in modernization of the branches and is contributing towards the Digital India Project.
Speaking on the occasion, Anurag Agarwal stated that State Bank of India is always ahead in customer service and the opening of INTOUCH branch by SBI will raise the standards of service.
