Jasmin Bhasin Overcomes Her 'Musophobia' on Sets of Tashan-e-Ishq

Chandigarh 11^th April:- We all have fears ranging from smaller things like a fear of spiders and cockroaches to the more serious fears such as those of heights, darkness or blood. Celebrities of our Indian Television industry are no exception. The latest to get crippled with fear and then overcome it was Jasmin Bhasin who plays the role of Twinkle on Zee TV's popular show Tashan-e-Ishq. Apparently, the actor suffers from Musophobia (i.e. Fear of Mice and Rats). The actor had to shoot a scene where Twinkle (Played by Jasmin Bhasin) is in jail being charged for her sister's murder. Yuvraj (Zain Imam) goes to meet her and gets a box filled with rats as he is aware that it's Twinkle's biggest fear.

Jasmin Bhasin said that just like her on-screen character Twinkle, she is extremely scared of rats. When she got to know about this sequence, she was under the impression that the rats would be added thro VFX (special effects), but after reading the script she found out that she will have to shoot with real rats. She had a word with her director and tried to persuade him to avoid rats and add them on later through use of graphics. But he didn't approve as he wanted to capture my real reaction. So, she agreed to do it. However, she was super scared after seeing those live rats on the floor. As an actor, she took the challenge sportingly and honestly speaking, she did not act for this scene as the expression and reaction came out automatically out of the fear that she had for rats. But after the retakes required, she is happy to say that she had overcome her phobia forever.
Get ready to witness some high voltage drama in the upcoming episodes as Kunj (played by Siddhant Gupta) takes Twinkle to Mumbai to take her away from the troubles surrounding her sister Mahi's death but there, at a party, Twinkle sees a girl in a glamorous avatar who looks exactly like Mahi. Twinkle shares this with Kunj but he doesn't see Mahi and thinks Twinkle is hallucinating. Will Kunj believe Twinkle about Mahi's lookalike? Is the glamorous girl actually Mahi or is it Yuvi's new masterplan to create trouble for Twinkle and Kunj?
