Chandigarh 17th March:- Reiterating its continuous support to the game of cricket, Cycle Pure Agarbathies, world's largest incense stick manufacturer, today launched its "Pray For India" campaign. A unique campaign it will provide a platform for ardent cricket lovers across the country to pray for Team India's win in the ICC World Twenty20. The Chandigarh leg of the campaign was flagged off today by Ramveer Bhatti, BJP Chairman at Baba Balak Nath Mandir, Sector 29, Chandigarh. Apart from Chandigarh the on- ground national campaign will be rolled out across 50 cities in the country.
The campaign will feature a series of on-ground initiatives invoking cricket lovers to pray for the country's win. In each of the city, Cycle Pure Agarbathies branded mobile vehicles will be moving around collecting wishes and prayers from the fans. The mobile prayer van will also carry a 6 ft Akhand Agarbathi that will be lit symbolizing the continuous prayer and support towards the nation's win. Further, the campaign will be supported by aggressive social media initiatives. A dedicated stream of prayer messages and videos mirroring the undying love towards the game will be uploaded regularly on the social media platforms.
Elaborating on the campaign, Arjun Ranga, Managing Director, Cycle Pure Agarbathies said that in India cricket is a religion. It is that spirit which is revered by all unanimously and we have always believed in being associated with such true emotions. We have strived to support and provide reasons to pray, and what could be better than praying for India's win.
Cycle Pure Agarbathies had launched the widely popular and successful 'Pray for India' campaign covering more than 100 cities during the ICC World Cup in 2011 and 2015. Cycle Pure is a votary of inclusive growth, and believes that a lot of cricketing talent lies in the smaller towns of India, waiting to be discovered and nurtured. This very belief saw them align with the Karnataka Premier League. Further Manish Pandey, the captain of Mysore Warriors team owned by Cycle Pure Agarbathies and winners of KPL 2014, along with cricket sensation J. Suchit have not only made a mark in regional tournaments but have been chosen to play in the national cricketing arena.
