Two Day Regional CA Students Convention Concludes

Chandigarh 13th October:- A 2-day long Regional CA Convention today concludes a midst massive participation of students hailing from various states of country today at Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Sector 26, Chandigarh. Convention was organized by the Board of Studies, The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI), a apex body of CA professionals set up by Act of Parliament. 

According to CA Jaswant Dhawan, Chairman, ICAI, Chanidgarh that the event ended in a successful note. A total of 16 technical papers were presented on the various topics of taxation.  in which a keen interest of the students was observed.
Present on the occasion, Prof. Suresh Kumar Chadha from University Business School, Punjab University, Chandigarh in his address stressed upon smart work than hard work which is the need of the hour in this era.

On the onset of CA examination, a special session was also conducted on How to prepare for CA Exam in which students shown their massive interest.

Today, eight students presented their technical papers on Direct Tax and other related topic which was well appreciated by delegates.

The event ended in cultural note in which students displayed the cultural extravaganza.
