Retail Sale Drugs Licenses Suspended of Four Firms by Drugs Controller-Cum Licensing Authority

Chandigarh 21^st August:- Drugs Controller-Cum Licensing Authority, Chandigarh Administration s today suspended the Retail Sale drugs licenses of the four firm's for a period of Ten Days each inspected during a joint raid on 04.08.2015 by a team comprising Danish Ashraf SDM (East) & the official of Health Department & today on 21.08.2015.  The premises of these firm's were sealed by the official of Health Department for strict compliance of the orders of Drugs Controller. The firms are M/s Gazal Medicos, Bapu Dham Colony, Sector-26, Chandigarh, M/s Vishal Medicos, Bapu Dham Colony, Sector-26, Chandigarh, M/s Rakesh Medicos, Bapu Dham Colony, Sector-26, Chandigarh and M/s Sanjivani Medicos, Sector-7, Chandigarh. As these firm's were contravene the provision of Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1940, Rule 1945.
