Grand Finale of Unique Kids’ Modeling Event Concludes with ‘Save Earth Message’

Chandigarh 24th August:- The Grand Finale of Innovaction Event's Junior Super Model a Pageant for Kids' was held at Hotel Velvet Clarks Exotica, Zirakpur. This was the Second edition of Junior Super Model and the same saw participation of kids in three age brackets 3-6 years, 7-11 years and 12-15 years. The Chief Guests at the event were Mrs. Amanjot Kaur Ramoowalia, Chairperson, District Planning Board, Mohali & Actor Cum Singer Mani Aujla.

The judges' panel included Ms. Mandeep Atwal, who is In-charge of Ludhiana district for Loomba Foundation, that is an International Social Organization headquartered in UK, working for rehabilitation & the Uplift of widows, Ripandip Kaur, Chairperson of Global NGO We-for-We, Actor & Music Director Davvy Singh, Monika Kaushal who is a Makeover expert , Fashion Choreographer & also owner of Amorise Salon in Manimajra, Chandigarh and Dr. (Mrs.) Bobby Cheema who is an established Psychiatrist, Hypnotherapist Cum Counsellor gave their verdict and announced the Ms. and Master Junior Super Model.

Thirty Five (35) savvy kids showcased their skills in a Kids' Pageant with a difference. The children got to learn a lot about Indian Culture as they walked the ramp wearing traditional Indian attires in the 'Indian Round'. This was followed by the 'Innovative Round' in which participating children had to drive home the message of;'Save the Earth'. The kids dressed up like trees, made creative placards against climate change etc. and presented themselves very interestingly. The best dress was chosen by the judges in this round.  This was followed by a Question & Answer Round. The combined points of all three rounds decided the winners.

Mrs. Disha Luthra Managing Director of Innovaction Events said that the event tested the creativity of the children who were helped by parents to design dresses, accessories and props to give a message of 'Save the Earth'. We also celebrated talent and creativity of underprivileged kids. A Cultural show was put up by children from economically weak families. A sterling dance performance was also given by children of an orphanage being run by an NGO. A young boy also presented a mesmerizing Qawalli which reminded everyone of the Great Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
