Mohali11th October:- To expose the hidden talent of the students, Gian jyoti Institute of Management and Technology organized a traditional Mehndi applying and Rangoli Contest on the eve of karwa chauth. Total 50 students participated in the competition. Students not only made beautiful rangolis but also apply Mehndi on the hands of teachers and their friends. Dean Aneet Bedi, Prof Samar gill and Monica were the judges at the moment. The zealous participants etched out awe- inspiring creative designs. It was very difficult for the judges to choose the best mehndi and rangoli designs of the participants. The student of BBA Sushmita & Sapna winners in Rangli, while Prabjot Kaur & Gursimran bagged first position in Mahndi contest .
While Gian Jyoti group's Chairman J S Bedi encouraged the students for putting in efforts to keep this cultural and traditional art form alive. He further added that it was an endeavor to implement holistic training methodologies for overall development of its students. At the end Chairman Bedi congratulated the students and honored the winners.
