According to the Gurpreet Singh Kang, CEO, K3 Group, that under the agreement; search for new talented singers will be made and then they will be promoted in a professional way. He said that they want to make the Punjabi Music Industry more corporate like, planned and organised.  We will under the arrangement identify talented singers who may not have the financial resources or the know-how to launch them-selves in the Industry.  The first singer they have identified for promotion is Preet Mani who has made a debut with a hit song like 'Dil Mera Sajna Naal' and will soon launch his album. K 3 will provide funds for his promotion.

Trent Communication is a Delhi based company which has been in the business of promoting Punjabi singers since long. According to Varun Jog, Director, Trent Communications, that they have worked with prominent Punjabi singers like Ravinder Grewal. Under our collaboration with K 3, they will be sponsoring debut albums and creating videos for upcoming Punjabi singers. The advantage the singers will get is a transparent mechanism which will be above board. Our aim is to remove the exploitative element existing against new comers in this field.

With Punjabi Music Industry getting support of a corporate like K 3 which has offices in UK and USA too, the Industry certainly will get a fillip in the right direction.
