Chandigarh 10th February:---- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Chandigarh is all set to flash safforn wave in the city through a week long ‘One Note, Kamal Par Vote’ campaign tomorrow (Tuesday) marking the death anniversary of founder of Jan Sangh, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya. Besides, the NaMo tea party campaign will also kick-off. The details of these ambitious campaigns which will continue till February 18 were shared at a press conference held here today at Kamlam, sector 33 under by BJP, state President, Sanjay Tandon.
While talking to media-persons, BJP, In-charge, Chandigarh, Arti Mehra said, that through this campaign our party workers will spread the wave of "Narendra Modi-for-PM" and party’s vision across the citizens of the city beautiful Chandigarh. The party will reach out to voters from all sections and age groups through this campaign through tea party. The campaigns will undertake under the guidance of party leaders of the city.
Divulging the details of the event, Sanjay Tandon said, that in a bid to reach every house and touch base with every citizen, we are targeting 490 booths. To run the campaign successfully, district presidents, Ward presidents and booth in-charges, will be involved. They will go to their respective areas with a colorful box, flags and masks of Modi. People can contribute from as low as Rs. 10 to a maximum of Rs.1, 000 towards this. Every citizen will be given the message of BJP’s national president, Rajnath Singh which says that the country needs a change in the political system. Besides it also mentions that Narender Modi is the right choice to lead the nation as prime minister.All the concerned party workers to run the campaigns will get all the required material so that the campaign takes off tomorrow. Apart from this the party will also hold 'NaMo Tea Party' to have an interactive session with people at various places in Chandigarh. This programme is also aimed at popularising the message and aims of Narendra Modi.
