Chandigarh 04th July:-Bhartiya Janata Party Strongly condemning the non inclusion of former Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal in the Railgate scam CBI charge sheet To mark the protest in this context Chandigarh state President Sanjay Tandon today announced that it will observe a "Black week" starting tomorrow.

While addressing a press conference Sanjay Tandon also said that the party had prepared a "citizens chargesheet" that will reach every household of the constituency. He said that the CBI has admitted and charged that bribe was paid, the person giving the bribe was arrested red handed, the person taking the bribe was also caught red handed, the bribe amount was also recovered, the beneficiaries have also been charged but the only person who could do the job for which the money was being paid, the then Railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal, has not even been charged. He quoted from the CBI website the person in whose name touts are accepting bribe are also guilty and can be charged. Mr Tandon also  informed that BJP workers will show black flags to Mr Pawan Bansal, wherever he goes during this BLACK WEEK

Former Chandigarh MP Satya Pal Jain questioned that if the CBI feels that the bribe was not for Pawan Kumar Bansal then who was it for? Was it for the Prime Minister, the UPA Chairperson Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi or for some other minister as no one lower than these could have done the promotion for which the money was being paid.  He added that this was only the beginning and as the case unfolds the connivance of Mr Bansal will be before the people and the courts. He demanded that unlike other cases which are between individuals and the chargesheets are available to them this is a crime against the unsuspecting people of Chandigarh and hence the whole charge sheet should be made public by CBI. Also, the detailed transcripts of the phone calls available with the CBI should also be made public.

Former MP and aviation minister Harmohan Dhawan said that the Pawan Bansal will have to come to the court of the people who are in no mood to give him any clean chit.
