Pizzamore organizing the Florentine Food Festival from 12th – 17th July

Chandigarh 12^th July:-- Pizzamore has start Food Festival of Florentine from 12-17^th July. for the festival Pizzamore invited the 57 years old chef Mr. Maurizio Betti from Italy, who would be providing a taste of Florence from 12-17^th July, and would treat the city's lovers of Italian cuisine with the Tuscany fair from 18^th till 24^th of July.

Maurizio had been a professional pizza chef and popular at numerous gastronimical circuits including the "College Cocorum" Federaziobe of Italian Cooks, "Cap d'Oro" Cooks Regional Union of Toscani, Vice President of Chefs Association Fiorentini.

The owner of the Pizzamore said that Florentine cuisine is closely associated with the Brunelleschi's cathedral, Santa Maria Del Flore, also known nas Duomo, which dates back to 13th century.  Its construction began in 1296 in the Gothic styled designed and its structure was completed in 1436 with the dome engineered by Filippot Brunelleschi. She further said that Maurizio would be serving the authentic Italian recipe of Florentine combo both vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties, which includes,Pie with broccoli in pecorino cheese sauce, Pasta with fresh tomato sauce with basil, Peposo of Impruneta ( mutton ), Fiorentine eggplants (veg.), Marinated vegetables and Cantuccini of Prato.
