Cut off percentage breaks all previous records at MCM-DAV

Chandigarh 12^th July:-- The cut off percentage broke all previous records with topmost scorers in diverse subjects seeking admission in MCM. The cut off for B.Sc. (1) Medical was 82%, for B.Sc (1) Non-Medical was 85%. The cut off percentage for B.Sc. (1) Computer Applications was 72% while for B.Sc, (1) MFT was 85%. BCA (1) registered a cut off percentage of 70.2 % in General pool and 60.6 % in UT pool while for B.A. (1) Functional English it was 75%. The highest scorer opting for BA (1) Psychology had 95% while the cut off was commendably high i.e. 92%.

A number of students with percentage above 90% enrolled for various subjects including Economics and Elective English. All other subjects too registered laudable cut off percentages.

The Principal of the college, Dr. Puneet Bedi, was overwhelmed by the response and thanked the parents for reposing their faith in MCM. She credited the hard work of staff members, the quality ambience and the most au courant training methodologies at MCM for the huge turnout.  She said that 92% seats for all post graduate courses were filled while 814 seats for BA 1^st year were occupied
