Chandigarh, Dec. 14, 2024--Dev Samaj Mahotsav has kicked off at Dev Samaj Head Office, Sector 36 B, Chandigarh . The celebrations began with a Pravesh Sabha and rendition of soulful Bhajans by students of the Dev Samaj Colleges. The Mahotsav marks the 174th Birth Anniversary of the founder of Dev Samaj, the revered Bhagwan Dev Atma. The faculty, staff and students of Dev Samaj Institutions along with the followers of Dev Samaj from all over the country are participating in the grand event.
Nirmal Singh Dhillon, Chairman, Dev Samaj said that during the celebrations daily discourses on social ethics and cultural values as laid down in Dev Samaj teachings would be held.
Dr.(Mrs.) Agnese Dhillon Secretary, Dev Samaj and College Management said that mega Blood Donation camp by The Dev Samaj institutions in association with PGIMER Chandigarh and SUKH Foundation would also be organised during the Mahotsav.
The Mahotsava shall conclude on December 17, 2024 with Bhajans, prayers and a pledge to follow the ideals and principles of Dev Samaj.
