JITO चंडीगढ़ चैप्टर फाउंडेशन ने 23-06-24 को कैपिटॉल काम्प्लेक्स में इंटरनेशनल योगा डे मनाया।  बड़ी संख्या में JITO के सदस्य और अन्य  इस  कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित हुए।।  इस अवसर पर आशिका जैन उपायुक्त मोहाली मुख्य अतिथि थी।  गौरव जैन IRS ने भी इस कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित हुए। दोनों अतिथि पुरे समय उपस्थित रहे व् उन्होंने योग आसन किये। 

इंटरनेशनल योगा डे हर साल 21 जून को मनाया जाता है।  इस साल 21 तारीख को हिन्दू कैलेंडर के अनुसार चौदश होती है और इस दिन जैन धरम के अनुयायी व्रत रखते हैं तथा मैडिटेशन इत्यादि धार्मिक क्रियाएं करते हैं इसी कारण जीतो ने अपना कार्यक्रम 23 को रखा. 

डॉ आरजू जैन ( योगा टीचर) ने सभी को योगा के कई महत्वपूर्ण आसन करवाए। सुरभि जैन ने मंत्र " अर्हम पंच नमस्कार मुद्रा " की पांच क्रियाएं करवाई और हमारे जीवन में इनके महत्व को समझाया। 

उपायुक्त साहिबा ने अपने व्यक्तव्य में जीतो के इस प्रयास की सराहना की व् जीवन में योगा के महत्व को समझाया। गौरव जैन IRS ने भी जीतो के इस प्रयास की सराहना की। 

जीतो चेयरमैन लोकेश जैन एवं धरम बहादुर जैन वाईस चेयरमैन, महावीर जैन वाईस चेयरमैन , सुधीर जैन कोषाध्यक्ष ने भी इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया।

रुंगटा ने आगे कहा कि अन्न के साथ स्वच्छ जल का पान अमृत कहलाता है,जो जीवनदायी है। इसलिए अन्न के साथ राहगीरों को जलपान भी करवाए।

रुंगटा ने कहा कि इस गर्मी में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता सड़क किनारे छबील लगा कर राहगीरों को जो मीठा जलपान करवा रहे हैं वह मानवता की मिसाल कायम कर रहे हैं जो सरहानीय काम है।

उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के अभियान की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि यह अभियान युवा पीढ़ी के लिए प्रेरणादायक है, क्योंकि युवा पीढ़ी भागदौड़ भरी जिंदगी के चलते प्रकृति से दूर हट रहे हैं और पर्यावरण संरक्षण से पूरी तरह अनभिज्ञ हैं। पीएम के इस अभियान से युवाओं में न केवल जोश है, बल्कि युवा पीढ़ी मां के प्रति कृतज्ञता और प्रेमभाव को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए पौधारोपण अभियान के साथ जुड़ रहे हैं। 

उन्होंने कहा कि जिस तरह मां अपनी संतान का निस्वार्थ भाव से पालन-पोषण करती है, उसी तरह प्रकृति संरक्षण के प्रति निस्वार्थ प्रेम की आवश्यकता है। एक पेड़ मां के नाम अभियान की शुरुआत से प्रकृति संरक्षण को बल मिला है। 

उन्होंने युवा पीढ़ी को आह्वान किया कि प्रकृति मां की रक्षा और सतत जीवनशैली को अपनाने की प्रतिबद्धता के अनुरूप एक पेड़ अवश्य लाएंगे।

The team is in third place with 10 points. Ramandeep Singh, who is playing the role of vice-captain, has contributed a lot to this success. Ramandeep was a part of the IPL champion team Kolkata Knight Riders and now he is sharing his experience with the young players of Trident.
Ramandeep said that IPL gave him confidence and he has also learned a lot with the senior players there. This is useful in his career and he is sharing this experience with the young players of Trident. As a vice-captain, he motivate them and tell them how to deal with different situations. He told them how to play under pressure and how to get out of it. He is available to answer all their questions. We openly talk about technique, shots, planning etc. so that there is no mental pressure on them.
Regarding the 5 sixes hit in the last over, Ramandeep said that his planning was to play the last over himself and score as many runs as possible for the team. Due to rain, we got only one over to bat and he had to give his best in it. He hits 5 sixes and gave the team the score due to which we could face the strikers. He said that he only bat according to the team's need. It does not matter whether he is playing as a finisher or in the middle order or top order. It only matters what is the situation of the team and how he has to play.
Ramandeep is the best in all three - batting, bowling and fielding. He said that he does not give importance to any one thing, because he loves this game. He want to do well in all three things, so that his team wins. He does not prepare for any one thing before the match, he just have a routine. He prepare himself with mobility and stability in the gym before the match. After this, he goes to the field and do a good warm-up and prepare myself for the match with the team. This is his routine before the match. Regarding bonding with Prabhsimran, Ramandeep said that he has a younger brother like relationship with him. There is a good balance between us and we maintain it. If he tells him something during the match, he listens and when he tells him something, he does it. This relationship creates a good team bond and our focus is to help the youngsters as much as possible. This kind of balance between both seniors and youngsters is taking our team forward.

श्री सनातन धर्म मंदिर सेक्टर 46 में वार्षिक उत्सव को लेकर सप्त दिवसीय श्री राम कथा का आयोजन

Chandigarh, June 22, 2024:-श्री सनातन धर्म सेक्टर 46 चंडीगढ़ में  वार्षिक उत्सव को लेकर जारी सप्त दिवसीय श्री राम कथा के आज अंतिम दिन मंदिर परिसर में बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं ने कथा का श्रवण किया।  आज कथा के विश्राम को लेकर मंदिर में सुबह 9 बजे हवन यज्ञ किया गया उसके बाद 11 से 1 बजे तक कथा विश्राम को लेकर व्याख्यान किया गया। इसके बाद श्रद्धालुओं के लिए भंडारे का भी आयोजन किया गया। जो दोपहर बाद लगभग 4:30 बजे तक जारी रहा। श्री सनातन धर्म सभा सेक्टर 46 की ओर से आयोजित  यह कथा 16 जून को प्रारंभ हुई थी और आज शनिवार को कथा का विश्राम हुआ।

 सभा के अध्यक्ष  जितेंद्र भाटिया ने  बताया कि सभा की ओर से वार्षिक उत्सव को लेकर आयोजित की गई इस श्री राम कथा के  भव्य आयोजन में सेक्टर सहित आसपास के बड़ी संख्या में  श्रद्धालुओं ने अपनी हाजरी लगवा कर भगवान श्री राम का आशीर्वाद लिया । उन्होंने बताया कि कथा के उपरांत रोजाना श्रद्धालुओं को लड्डू, ब्रेड पकोड़े, जूस और आइसक्रीम आदि का प्रसाद भी बांटा गया। 

सभा के महासचिव सुशील सोवत  ने बताया कि  कथा के इस भव्य योजना को लेकर  मंदिर के पुजारी पंडित हरि कृष्ण नौटियाल, पंडित गोपाल शुक्ला, पंडित शैलेंद्र गोदियाल तथा सभा के अन्य मेंबरों डीडी शर्मा, आरके आनंद,  संदीप शर्मा, रकेश सेठी, ओपी सचदेवा, राकेश जोशी, अशोक भगत, कृष्ण विज और बी एस साहिवाल सहित अन्य मेंबरों, मंदिर की महिला मंडली सहित इलाका वासियों का भरपूर सहयोग रहा ।

 कथा वाचक पंडित राहुल गोदियाल ने इस साथ दिवसीय श्री राम कथा को लेकर बहुत ही मधुर और सुंदर ढंग से भगवान श्री राम के जीवन से जुड़ी कथा का  व्याख्यान किया।  उन्हें मंदिर सभा की ओर से आज कथा विश्राम के उपरांत सम्मानित भी किया गया। इस मौके पर श्री सनातन धर्म मंदिर और इस श्री राम कथा के आयोजन को  लेकर महिला मंडल की अध्यक्षों और मंदिर के सेवादारों को  उनके अहम योगदान डालने वालों को सम्मानित भी किया गया। कथा के दौरान भजन गायक के.के. आनंद तथा उनकी मंडली ने श्रद्धालुओं को अपने मधुर संगीत और भजनों से झूमने पर मजबूर कर दिया। श्री सनातन धर्म सभा सेक्टर 46 के अध्यक्ष जितेंद्र भाटिया ने वार्षिक उत्सव को लेकर इस सात दिवसीय श्री राम कथा को सफल बनाने के लिए सभी प्रभु भक्तों का धन्यवाद किया और उन्होंने भगवान श्री राम के आदर्श को अपने जीवन में अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

Chandigarh, June 21, 2024:--इस बार रिकॉर्ड तोड़ गर्मी पड़ रही है। अनेक समाजसेवी इस प्रचंड गर्मी के बीच लोगों के लिए मीठे जल की छबीलें लगा रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में आज शुक्रवार को सेक्टर 27 -30 डिवाइडिंग रोड पर सेक्टर 27 की तरफ राहगीरों के लिए ठंडे मीठे जल, चने व हलवे का भंडारा लगाया गया। सीनियर सिटीजन ने यहां लोगों को मीठा ठंडा पानी पिलाया, वहीं उन्हें हलवा व चने का प्रसाद भी बांटा। इस दौरान बड़ी संख्या में राहगीरों ने इस ठंडे मीठे जल व हलवे का प्रसाद ग्रहण किया। इस छबील सेवा  में सतीश चंद्र अरोड़ा, मोहन सिंह, अचिंत गोस्वामी और अन्य ने योगदान दिया।

सीनियर सिटीजन ने बताया कि पिछले कई सालों से वो छबील लगा रहे हैं और इसमें स्थानीय लोगों का सहयोग रहता है।

भाजपा नेता दीपक शर्मा ने योग शिविर का किया आयोजन

Chandigarh, June 21, 2024:-सत्गुरु माता सुदीक्षा जी महाराज के आर्शीवाद से संत निरंकारी सत्संग भवन सैक्टर 15 डी व सैक्टर 30 ए चंडीगढ़ और मणिमाजरा में अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय योगा दिवस के अवसर पर शिविर का आयोजन सुबह 6 बजे से 7 बजे तक किया गया। जिसमें सभी एरिया की साधसंगत व सेवादल के भाई बहनों व बच्चों ने उत्साह पूर्वक हिस्सा लिया। इस शिविर का आरम्भ निरंकार प्रभु-परमात्मा का सिमरण करवाकर किया गया।

 चंडीगढ़ ब्रांच के संयोजक नवनीत पाठक ने बताया कि आज चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन द्वारा चंडीगढ के राॅक गार्डन में आयोजित अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय योग शिविर के अवसर पर हर साल की तरह संत निरंकारी मिशन के 100 के करीब सेवादल सदस्यों ने प्रशासन को सहयोग दिया। निरंकारी सेवादल के सेवक सुबह 4:30 बजे अपनी अपनी सेवादल की वर्दी में राॅक गार्डन में पहंुच गए थे। उन्होंने योग शिविर में आए साधकों को सुविधापूर्वक बिठाने और अन्य सुविधाओं में सहयोग दिया। इस अवसर पर संत निरंकारी मिशन की तरफ से सन्त निरंकारी सेवादल के चंडीगढ़ क्षेत्र के क्षेत्रीय संचालक करनैल सिंह भूल्लर व चंडीगढ़ के सभी एरिया के संचालक और अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस ने मनीमाजरा में मंदिर गिराए जाने की निंदा की

Chandigarh June 20, 2024:-चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस ने भाजपा के इशारे पर चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन द्वारा आज सुभाष नगर मनीमाजरा में एक मंदिर को गिराए जाने की कड़ी  निंदा की है।

चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस की ओर से जारी एक प्रैस विज्ञप्ति में पार्टी के प्रवक्ता राजीव शर्मा ने कहा कि हाल ही में हुए चुनाव में करारी हार के ठीक बाद मंदिर को गिराए जाने की कार्रवाई की टाइमिंग से पता चलता है कि भाजपा चंडीगढ़ के शांतिपूर्ण माहौल को खराब करने की कोशिश कर रही है। उन्होनें  कहा कि अगर मंदिर प्रबंधन द्वारा कोई छोटा मोटा अनधिकृत निर्माण किया भी गया था, तो भी उन्हें उसे ठीक करने के पर्याप्त अवसर दिए जाने चाहिए थे। इस छोटे से मामले को सौहार्दपूर्ण तरीके से हल करने के बजाय भाजपा ने शहर में तनाव पैदा करने के लिए प्रशासन को मन्दिर के तोड़फोड़ जैसा  विध्वंसक कदम उठाने के लिए मजबूर किया।

कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता ने भाजपा को ऐसी हरकतों से बाज आने की चेतावनी दी और कहा कि चंडीगढ़ की जनता और कांग्रेस पार्टी मिल कर भाजपा के ऐसे नापाक इरादों को कामयाब नहीं होने देगें।

पंजाब के जल संकट पर कार्रवाई के लिए मिसल सतलुज का तत्काल आह्वान

Chandigarh, June 18, 2024:- मिसल सतलुज नामक सामाजिक-राजनीतिक संगठन ने आज घोषणा की कि अगर राज्य में जल संकट अगले 90 दिनों के भीतर हल नहीं हुआ तो वह बड़े पैमाने पर आंदोलन शुरू करेगा। यह मुदकी मोर्चा की मांगों का ही एक हिस्सा है, जिसे आंशिक रूप से पूरा किया गया। हरिके से फरीदकोट तक राजस्थान फीडर नहर की कंक्रीट लाइनिंग को रोकने के लिए पहले चरण को रोक दिया गया था।

मिसल सतलुज के अध्यक्ष अजयपाल सिंह बराड़ ने चंडीगढ़ प्रेस क्लब में मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि पंजाब में पानी का संकट बहुत गहरा गया है। बोरवेल सूख गए हैं, जिससे कुछ गांव टैंकरों पर निर्भर हो गए हैं। राज्य की पानी की मांग 50 मिलियन एकड़ फीट (एमएफपी) से ज़्यादा है, लेकिन पंजाब से सिर्फ़ 28.5 एमएफपी नदी का पानी ही बहता है। इस पानी का एक बड़ा हिस्सा राजस्थान और हरियाणा को आवंटित किया जाता है, जो दोनों ही गैर-नदी तटीय राज्य हैं।

बराड़ ने राज्य में जल संकट के मुख्य कारणों पर विस्तार से बताया कि तेजी से हो रहे औद्योगिकीकरण के कारण पानी की मांग में वृद्धि हुई है। पंजाब के तेजी से हो रहे शहरीकरण के कारण शहरी क्षेत्रों में वाणिज्यिक और आवासीय जरूरतों के लिए नदी के पानी की आवश्यकता है। वर्तमान में मांग को गहरे जलभृतों से बोरवेल के माध्यम से पूरा किया जा रहा है, जिसमें कैंसरकारी तत्व हो सकते हैं और 22 लाख सबमर्सिबल पंप हैं।

पुराने जल आवंटन: वर्तमान कृषि जल आवंटन हरित क्रांति से पहले के पुराने स्तरों पर आधारित है, जो मालवा के लिए केवल 3.05 क्यूसेक और दोआबा के लिए 1.9 क्यूसेक पानी उपलब्ध कराता है। ये मात्राएँ अपर्याप्त हैं और नहर नेटवर्क की जीर्ण-शीर्ण स्थिति के कारण और भी कम हो जाती हैं।

गंभीर प्रदूषण: लुधियाना की रंगाई और इलेक्ट्रोप्लेटिंग इकाइयों से निकलने वाला औद्योगिक कचरा बुड्डा नाला के माध्यम से सतलुज नदी को प्रदूषित कर रहा है। इस कचरे को अक्सर अनुपचारित फेंक दिया जाता है या रिवर्स बोरिंग के माध्यम से वापस पंप कर दिया जाता है। इसी तरह के प्रदूषण के मुद्दे टौंसा, रेल माजरा, मोहाली जिले और पंजाब के अन्य क्षेत्रों को प्रभावित करते हैं।

 इस अवसर पर मूनस्टार कौर ने राज्य में जल प्रदूषण के बारे में भी बात की।

मिस्ल सतलुज की मांगें:

मिस्ल सतलुज के एक अन्य वरिष्ठ नेता देविंदर सिंह सेखों ने मिस्ल सतलुज की मांगों पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने वर्तमान जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए कृषि जल भत्ते को 7 क्यूसेक तक पुनर्गठित करके जल आवंटन को अपडेट करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। सेखों ने कहा कि नदी के पानी का उपयोग शहरी क्षेत्रों में पीने के पानी की आपूर्ति के लिए किया जाना चाहिए तथा पर्याप्त जल वितरण सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नहर के बुनियादी ढांचे की तत्काल मरम्मत और रखरखाव की आवश्यकता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि मिस्ल सतलुज जल और वायु प्रदूषण के खिलाफ मजबूती से खड़ी है। उन्होंने कहा, "हम सरकार से बुड्डा नाला जैसे प्रमुख प्रदूषण स्रोतों को दूर करने के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हम पंजाब विधानसभा से आग्रह करते हैं कि वह एक प्रस्ताव पारित करके पंजाब को राज्य से होकर बहने वाली सभी नदियों के पानी का एकमात्र मालिक घोषित करे। इस प्रस्ताव से अन्य राज्यों के साथ पिछले सभी जल-साझाकरण समझौते रद्द हो जाने चाहिए।

सेखों ने कहा कि मिस्ल सतलुज सरकार को इन मांगों को हल करने के लिए तीन महीने का नोटिस पीरियड दे रही है। अगर ये मांगें पूरी नहीं होती हैं तो मिस्ल सतलुज आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए दबाव बनाने के लिए आंदोलन शुरू करेगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि मिस्ल सतलुज पंजाब के लोगों की कृषि, वाणिज्यिक और आवासीय जरूरतों के लिए प्रदूषण रहित नदी के पानी की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। हमारी पार्टी इन महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों को तुरंत और प्रभावी ढंग से हल करने का लक्ष्य रखती है। हम पंजाब के महत्वपूर्ण जल संसाधनों की रक्षा में किसी भी तरह की देरी बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे।

Chandigarh, June 18, 2024:- Michelin, the world's tyre technology leader, today announced the launch of its most fuel-efficient truck and bus tyre, the MICHELIN X Multi Energy Z+, for the Indian market. This latest line of made-in-India tyre is specially engineered for Indian road and load conditions and also takes into account the growing demand for fuel-efficient tyres by Indian fleet owners.

 

MICHELIN X Multi Energy Z+ represents a significant advancement in tyre technology, boasting the industry's lowest rolling resistance that delivers up to 15%* fuel savings. This tubeless truck tyre, sized at 295/80R22.5 is an upgraded version of the acclaimed MICHELIN X Multi Energy Z, and is designed to help reduce CO2 emissions by up to 8 tons**.

Škoda Auto India Announces New Value Proposition on Kushaq and Slavia

Chandigarh, June 18, 2024:- Škoda Auto India, in continuation to its initiatives of making the brand more accessible, announced the Kushaq and Slavia with higher value, enabling enhanced accessibility to its line-up of cars that are 5-star rated and fully safe for both adults and children.  

 

Speaking on the enhancement, Petr Janeba, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said that we have been in India for nearly a quarter of a century, and our commitment to this market is absolute. We have always been looking at offering more in product and affiliated actions. Since the announcement of our all-new compact SUV planned for 2025, we have maintained that with this new car, we are targeting new markets, younger customers and more accessibility to the brand. While the new compact SUV will open new markets for us, we have achieved some efficiencies in the Kushaq and the Slavia, which has enabled us to enhance the value in our offerings and pass on the benefits to our customers and fans.

 

The variants

The Kushaq and Slavia – earlier available as Active, Ambition and Style – are now rechristened as Classic, Signature and Prestige. The Kushaq, in addition to these three variants also gets the Onyx on the value end and the Monte Carlo at the premium end of the line-up. The all-new pricing is applicable on all engine and transmission options of the Kushaq and select variants on the Slavia. Both cars are powered by a 1.0 TSI petrol with a six-speed manual and automatic, and a 1.5 TSI petrol with a six-speed manual and seven-speed DSG. Both the Kushaq and Slavia come with six airbags as standard across the range, and have achieved a full 5-stars for adults and children under the Global NCAP tests, reflecting the brand's uncompromising stand on safety.

 

The benefits

Customers stand to benefit by upto 10% based on choice of model, variants, engines and transmission. The maximum benefit will be on the Kushaq Monte Carlo, which will now be offered at an outstanding price point, while the Slavia entry point will be extremely accessible. These new prices also enables customers and fans to avail additional reductions in registration and insurance further stretching the value proposition for the entire line-up.

 

Škoda Auto India recently introduced six airbags as standard across all its variants. The new pricing continues making safety as top priority, and offers premium features like ventilated seats, electric seat adjust, wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay, a 25.4 cm in-car entertainment interface and a sub-woofer embedded in the boot among other comforts.

More sustainable

The company's 1.0 TSI engine recently got certified as E20 compliant by ARAI (Automotive Research Authority of India) and has already debuted in the new Kushaq Onyx AT with other 1.0 TSI cars to roll out soon. The 1.5 TSI is currently undergoing testing, the results of which will be made available by Q4 2024.

 

This certification makes the 1.0 TSI the first ever powerplant in India to receive certification from a governing authority. It is in line with government policy requiring every car in India to be E20 complaint from April 1, 2025. Engines that are E20 compliant run on 20% ethanol and 80% petrol, reducing the amount of fossil fuel consumed, reducing emissions and increasing sustainability.
