Chandigarh, May 19, 2021:-The Project Q Mini Covid Centre was inaugurated today in Sector 47 Community Centre in the presence of Manoj Parida, Adviser to the Administrator, Chandigarh. This mini Covid centre was launched by Rotary Satellite Club of Chandigarh in association with Chandigarh Administration. This is the 20 bedded centre has been made to provide relief to the sufferings of Patients. Many philanthropists and Rotarians played a pivotal role in functioning of this.
Manoj Parida, Adviser to the Administrator expressed his gratitude to Rotarians RK Saboo, Tanu Mehtani and MP Singh for contributing in the welfare of the society in such tough times. He also said that the Chandigarh Administration will extend every possible help to run this makeshift hospital.
Yash Pal Garg, CEO, Chandigarh Housing Board-cum- Nodal Officer for Mini Covid Centres was also present there.
