Chandigarh 03rd July:- World's largest immigration group- WWICS celebrated Canada Day by organizing a blood donation camp at its Asian headquarters in Mohali. Over 200 WWICS employees donated blood at the camp that was organized in collaboration with Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh.
Speaking on the occasion Lt Col (Retd), BS Sandhu, Chairman and Managing Director, WWICS Group, said that blood donation is one of the most significant contributions that a person can make towards community development. WWICS has a philosophy of giving back to the society and this is a very genuine way of contributing to the society.
Col (Retd) B S Sandhu added that celebrating Canada Day is become an integral part of our company culture as it shows our great affinity with Canada – the country where the seeds of our business were first sown.

Since its inception, WWICS celebrates Canada Day every year with a great pomp & show as the company originated from the Maple Country. To mark Canada's 152nd birthday, WWICS would be offering some attractive discount offers to the clients as well.
The day's activities focused on employee participation with a sprawling offer of short and fun games; face painting competition followed by hi-tea. All the employees participated with great enthusiasm and were dressed in red and white with maple leaves painted on their faces. The winners of the various games were awarded trophies and the evening came to an end on a gala note.
