Mohali, Sept.12, 2025:-Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology (GJIMT), Phase 2, organized two industry visits to strengthen the link between academic learning and industry practices through its Training and Placement Cell. During the visits, first-year MBA students toured JAL Bath Fittings, where they explored plant operations and gained insights into key management functions and processes. Similarly, first-year BCA students visited Sunfocus IT Solutions, Mohali, to learn about emerging technologies and current industry trends shaping the IT sector.
These tours provided students with a practical perspective on industry operations, enhancing their readiness for future career opportunities. E-Certificates will also be awarded to the students for their participation. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Aneet Bedi, Director of Gian Jyoti, stated, that we believe that experiential learning is essential for student success. These industry visits give our students the opportunity to see how concepts are applied in the real world and prepare them to adapt to a dynamic work environment. This initiative reaffirmed the Gian Jyoti Group's commitment to fostering industry-academia collaboration and equipping students with practical knowledge beyond the classroom.
