Blood Donation Camp organised by Sant Nirankari Mission 98 Devotees Donated Blood

Manimajra Feb.06, 2022:-With the blessings of Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj 21th blood donation camp was organised at Manimajra branch by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation.  98 devotees donated blood for the humanity.

Punjab & Haryana High Court Justice Sant Parkash inaugurated the blood donation camp. He greeted devotees for their selfless service to the humanity. Further he said that in the present situation of the coronavirus pandemic and the new omicron variant, Sant Nirankari Mission is providing selfless services for the welfare of the humankind. Blood donation camps provide support not only to the thalassemia and cancer patients but also fulfill the need of blood for pregnant women.

Chandigarh Zone Zonal Incharge welcomed Justice Sat Parkash and informed that Sant Nirankari Mission organised its first blood donation camp in 1986 during the Annual Nirankari Sant Samagam. Baba Hardev Singh Ji inaugurated the camp and gave a message that" Blood should flow in veins and not in drains." Sant Nirankari Mission devotees are working day and night towards serving the humanity. 

Sant Nirankari Mission is also contributing in social welfare services like cleanliness drives, tree plantation drives, free medical checkup camps, free eye checkup and donation camps, helping needy people during natural calamities and disasters. In the present times, during the coronavirus pandemic, the Mission has been supporting the government by converting Nirankari Bhawans into covid care centers, etc.  State as well central governments also appreciated the Mission's works and awarded it for this selfless service.

A 12 member team from GMCH 32 and 16 collected units of blood.

Manimajra branch Sewadal sanchalak Panna lal thanked Justice Sant Parkash, Chandigarh Zonal Incharge, Khetriye Sanchalak, Mauli Jagran Municipal Councillor Manoj  Sonkar, doctors and donors.
