Chandigarh Dec. 10, 2021:- Independent candidate Shivchand alias Shiva who filed nomination from ward number 8 has announced his retirement in favour of Harjit Singh who is contesting from the same ward. Harjeet Singh welcomed Shivchand in the presence of former state president Sanjay Tandon and party spokesman Kailash Chand Jain in Kamalam, Party Office, Sector 33, Chandigarh. Shivchand said he is a loyal soldier of the party and continues to support BJP.
