Chandigarh Dec.17, 2021:- In wake of upcoming MC Elections scheduled for December 24, BJP leaving no stone unturned for conveying their achievements to the residents. The Art and Culture cell of the party through the mode of nukkad-nataks are elaborating BJP led MC development works done in the last five years.
Abhishek Sharma, President, Nukkad Natak Samiti said that three teams of the Natak Mandali are currently in the field. Out of which one is active in rural areas, one in colonies and one in urban areas. He said that through these ten-minute plays, the residents are being imparted about the projects and schemes done during the last five years. Sharma said that people are also being briefed about the manifesto issued by the party. He informed that on an average 12 to 15 street plays are being staged daily. It has been decided to stage at least 30 plays in a district till the election campaign ends.
