LEAD School developed the LEAD Teachers' Academy in the wake of the nationwide lockdown to help educators address the challenges of online education. The program focuses on three main areas of teacher training – Being the cause and growth mindset, Teaching skills in the online environment and Providing Emotional and social support.

Under 'Being the cause and growth mindset', teachers will be encouraged to implement growth mindset to help them reach best of their abilities.  They will also be familiarised with teaching skills in the online environment and will be imparted with training on bonding with students to help them cope up with the pressure and anxiety while taking virtual classes.

The successful participants will receive a certificate that will showcase their new skill-sets and enhance their value in the education sector.

LEAD School Co-founder and CEO Sumeet Mehta said that he would like to wish all educators, Happy Teachers' Day in advance. Teachers are the torchbearers of society and humanity, not merely for imparting education but also for inspiring millions every day. India's education system is currently going through a welcome transformation that aims to bring out the best in our teachers. We believe the program will empower them in ways that will enhance their teaching abilities and improve student learning outcomes.
