Panchkula, April 12, 2020:- Ram Singh Kataria from Dera Bassi has requested Haryana's Health Minister for appreciating the services of Ojas Hospital, Panchkula for providing free online OPD services and setting a good example of 'mankind' in the present scenario.
In a letter to Anil Vij, Health Minister, Haryana, Kataria (63) who is retired employee of the Haryana State DHBVNL mentioned that he got his blood samples checked from a lab after feeling un-easy in first week of this month.
He was in fix over whom to show and discuss the blood reports. However he came to know about Ojas's online OPD free services free where doctors checked his blood reports and prescribed him medicines. Ojas doctors also advised him for further checking besides some advice for life style modification.
Talking about the reasons for appreciating hospital services , Ram Singh Kataria said that he was in need of urgent medical consultation and was not willing to pay the high fee for consultations at the hospitals. The concerned specialized doctors from gastro and cardiac departments in Ojas attended him in a very exemplary & polite manner. The behaviour, sense of responsibility, method of diagnose, helping attitude in this crucial time and pro-patient thinking and to serve the mankind approach in the present scenario were remarkable, Kataria mentioned in the letter.
Ram Singh Kataria has also sent a copy of letter to Director General Health Services, Haryana.
