CHB Holds its 397 Meeting

Chandigarh 13^th July:- Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) in its 397^th meeting has decided that under 200 Two Bed Room Flats- Self Financing Housing Scheme-2016 on Lease Hold Basis in Sector-51, Chandigarh the date of payment of balance 90% of consideration and price of dwelling unit  i.e. within 90 days from the date of issuance of Acceptance-Cum-Demand Letter (ACDL) (both days inclusive) under Sub Scheme 'B' "Assured allotment" shall also be commenced from the date of issuance of ACDL to the successful applicants of Sub Scheme 'A'.

The above decision has been taken to facilitate the  successful applicants of Sub Scheme 'B' "Assured Allotment" who are paying a price higher than the reserve price and shall also be at a disadvantage/discrimination  on account of bearing interest on the amount payable to CHB for an additional period as compared to the successful applicants under Sub Scheme 'A'.
