Chandigarh 19th July:- To celebrate the patriotic fervor on the occasion of Independence day this year, India's leading Hindi entertainment channel, ZEE TV will pay a tribute to the nation and its rich and diverse culture, salute its martyrs and celebrate its achievements with a special program called 'Aisa Desh Hai Mera'. To air on Sunday 7th August at 6PM, the special program will have an eclectic line-up of entertaining acts by unique talents from across the country and performances by the most popular faces of television. The charming Jay Bhanushali and attractive Asha Negi will anchor the show adding their own dose of fun with their witty one-liners to this vibrant celebration of India's 69th Independence Day.
On hosting this special show, Jay shared that ZEE is his family and he doesn't let go of any opportunity to be associated with it. And, it's an honor to be part of the Independence Day celebration. Our country is entering its 69th year of Independence and ZEE's initiative 'Aisa Desh Hai Mera' will actually bring under one roof unique talents from the remotest parts of the country, and pay a tribute to the Indians who have made us proud internationally. It'll be a fun-filled and entertaining show.
Asha added that it's a celebration of everything uniquely Indian, be it our rich culture, dance, music or people who have given us recognition globally and she delighted at the opportunity of hosting this show.
This extravaganza will have high energy acts by televisions heartthrob Rithvik Dhanjani, who will perform a desi hip-hop act, actor Karan Tacker and DID Líl Masters fame Rohan who will pay a tribute to the Indian army in their own unique and funny style, dressed as Munnabhai and Circuit and many other performances.
