The Team of Film ‘Missing on a Weekend’ Reaches City Beautiful for Promotion

Chandigarh 24th June:- After a long gap, Bollywood is now back with a suspense thriller film 'Missing on a Weekend'. The film marks the entry of Karan Hariharan into the glamor world who is the son of legendary singer Hariharan. The film is based in Goa where a group of friends is missing and there is only one suspect cum victim cum survivor to help the police. This production of The Red Bulb Studios and Adept Films has been written and directed by Abhishek Jawkar. The film stars versatile actor Pavan Malhotra, Dishank Arora, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Jyotii Sethi and Mahsa Kooshesh. The team of the film was in town for promotion.

Director Abhishek Jawkar said that suspense thriller is one genre which is loved by maximum number of audience. It keeps you stick to your seats and hence the film involves its audience fully. The idea about this story was in my head since a long time and now finally we are ready with the film.

Actor Pavan Malhotra praised about director's vision of making this film and said that it is not an easy task to make a multi-starrer film. Abhishek's efforts are commendable and he really liked the way this film has come out. He makes everyone so comfortable on the sets and takes out the best of talent from everyone.

Newcomer Karan Hariharan is quite excited about his debut as an actor. He said that when you are related to a film personality already, your responsibility to perform is quite high. Here his whole team has really helped him to perform his best. He is keeping fingers crossed and requests all the movie lovers to surely watch our film.

Dibyendu Bhattacharya is a known actor who has appeared in films like Monsoon Wedding, Maqbool, Ab Tak Chhappan, Black Friday, Dev D, Lootera, etc. and people specially remember him for his role in TV series 24 with Anil Kapoor. He is playing a negative character in the film. Telugu actress Jyotii Sethi will also be seen in an important role in the film. The music of the film has been composed by Nakash Aziz and Shaan with Superbia Band.
