Chandigarh 18th October:-In the National Academy of Medical Sciences conference held in AIIMS, Patna; seventeen PGI doctors were bestowed with various awards for their achievements. Prof A.K. Gupta, Medical Superintendent & Head, Department of Hospital Administration; Dr Daisy Sahni, Prof & Head, Dept of Anatomy; Dr Madhu Khullar, Professor, Dept of Experimental Medicine and Biotechnology and Dr Rajinder Prasad, Prof & Head, Dept of Biochemistry, PGI received Fellowships of the Academy. Dr Sunil Dogra, Additional Professor, Dept of Dermatology received Dr Arthur Saravanmuthu Thambiah award and Dr Naveen Kalra, Additional Professor, Dept of Radiodiagnosis & Imaging received Dr R M Kasliwal award.
Dr Nidhi Panda and Dr Kajal Jain Professors in Dept of Anaesthesia; Dr Ravi Kanojia, Associate Professor, Dept of Paediatric surgery; Dr Mandeep Kang, Professor, Dr Ajay Gulati, Associate Professor and Dr Manphool Singhal, Assistant Professor, Dept of Radiodiagnosis & Imaging; Dr Sadhna Sharma, Professor, Dept of Biochemistry; Dr Shalmoli Bhattacharya, Associate Professor, Dept of Biophysics; Dr Anjali Aggarwal, Associate Professor, Dept of Anatomy and Dr Mahesh Devnani, Assistant Professor Dept of Hospital Administration received the membership of NAMS.
