Chandigarh 19^th March:- Mayor of the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh Smt. Poonam Sharma, and Nominated Councillor,Maj. D.S. Sandhu (Retd.), MC has invited Lt. Gen. K.J. Singh, AVSM**, GOC-in-C Western Command, Chandimandir as Chief Guest during the Martyrs' Day function to be organized by Municipal Corporation on 23^rd March in Terraced Garden, Sector 33, Chandigarh.
