Chandigarh 22nd April:-- The people now will have the mouthwatering taste food of north Indian dishes like Awadhi, Mughlai and Afghani along with an opulent spread of Punjabi cuisine at Saffron at JW Marriott. Additionally, savor the Signature recipes exquisitely crafted by Chef Shiva Arora and his team of expert chefs.  Saffron will throw its doors open to all for the new Al-a-Carte menu from April 23, 2014.  Chef Shiva Arora & Chef Mo. Mumataj Shah, along with their team of expert chefs have put together an elaborate a-al-carte menu with a blend of food from all the North Indian regions.  The new incomparable cuisine at Saffron is truly a majestic experience for food lovers, as a large spread in different cuisines will now be available all under one roof. The new menu will serve specially selected tandoori signature delicacies like Angaar ka Lobster which is a union of chilly, dried mint and garlic marinated whole lobsters smoked in tandoor.

 Another mouthwatering specialty is the Saffron Tandoori Murgh which is a flavoursome blend of red chili and fenugreek flavored whole spring chicken, finished in tandoor. Delectable starters to satiate your culinary cravings include PithiWali Bharwan Gobi, Tawe ki Aloo Tikki, Kurkura Paan Ka Patta and many more to tease your taste buds.
