Chandigarh 24th December:---- NINE,PGI organised Christmas and New Year celebrations today at campus. The celebration were organised by Ms. Neena Vir Singh,Lecturer & Anand a B.Sc student.During the function the students staged different items based on the story of the birth of Jesus Christ from the Bible in the form of play,dance and carols.Speaking on the occasion Pastor Charles said that Jesus loves each one of us,we all are very special to him and he has a purpose in our life and also emphasized how important is the nursing profession in terms of service to the mankind.Dr.Sandhya Ghai,Principal wished the students Merry Xmas & Happy New Year.Santa claus made Dr.Ghai wear the Santa Cap and then Cake cutting was done by Dr.Sandhya along with the faculty & students.The celebrations ended by a christmas bash on carols.
