Punjab Technical University organized PTU Industrial Training Fest - II at Gian Jyoti

Mohali 08^th October:-- Punjab Technical University organized "PTU Industrial Training Fest - II" at its affiliated college Gian-Jyoti Institute of Engineering & Technology. More than 1500 students from all over Punjab participated in this mega event. The selected students will undergo one semester training in the respective organizations.

PTU Placement Officer, Er. Navdeepak Sandhu while speaking at the moment said that eight organizations  i.e. Pic n Frames Technology Chandigarh, Telecoma Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Chandigarh, Iqbri Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Mohali, EME Technologies, Chandigarh, Secugenious Security Solutions Ludhiana, One Infonet Technologies Ludhiana,  Softtrix Web Solutions Mohali & Intelgain Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Chandigarh selected around 200 students . The selection process includes written test followed by interview. The selected students will be paid stipend up to Rs. 7000/- or will be provided free of cost training. Navdeepak Sandhu further added that one more such Industrial Training Fest will be organized by the University in the last week of October to facilitate students of its affiliated colleges. University aims to provide maximum opportunities to its students for selection in industries as trainees which will enhance their employability.

Chairman, J.S.Bedi ,Gian Jyoti said that they are grateful to the University for giving a chance to host this mega fest in their campus. Gian Jyoti Group will organize placement events in future also for the students.
