It is Important to Start New Trends in Education: Dr. Zora Singh

Chandigarh March 30, 2021:- 'It is important to start new trends in Education, New Education Policy will be beneficial for the students' said Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University while addressing the webinar on 'Teacher's Roles New Education Policy Implementation' as Chief Guest. This was the 12th webinar of the National web Series organized by Niti Aayog in association with Bhartiya Shikshan Mandal at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology.

Giving the details of the webinar, spokesperson of Desh Bhagat University said that The faculty members from various parts of the country joined this webinar cum quiz session today. Prof. Shailendra Jain Director SLIET Longowal welcomed the Chief Guest, Keynote speaker and all participants.

The Keynote speaker of the session Prof. Kuldeep Chand Agnihotri, Vice Chancellor, Central University, Himachal Pradesh gave insights of New Education Policy with a very thoughtful manner and in regional language, through which each and every participant benefited and learned about various features of NEP. The webinar session was well concluded by Prof A.S. Arora, Dean Academics SLIET Longowal.

Dr. Devendra Singh Thakur of Panjab University, Chandigarh proposed the vote of Thanks to all the participants and to the distinguished guests. The overall coordinator of the event Dr. Manpreet Singh Manna conducted a quiz for all the participants and given the gratitude to the Prof.
