Chandigarh Sept. 24, 2020:- The Institute organized a WEBINAR: Dekho Apna Desh- Tourism and Culture of Dadra and Nagar Haveli under the aegis of EK BHARAT SHRESTHA BHARAT to promote the culture and solidarity of India.
The webinar was held on the online platform, Zoom, and was presented by Sunil K. Arya and Munish Ahlawat, esteemed faculty of the college. The webinar's aim was to make the students aware about the history, people, culture, language, traditions, festivals, food, tourism and various other important aspects of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Around 75 people participated in the webinar and it was a highly beneficial and valuable session. The students were happy to be a part of this educational initiative.
Sitesh Srivastava, Principal of the Institute said that when the world is going through such a hard time during this global pandemic, it is definitely taking a toll on all of us. Organization of such events in times like these, is really important. For the students who are confined to their homes, this was truly a great initiative to enhance their learning, on both, academic and personal level. It fills me with delight that everyone could benefit from this session.
